This painting is the greatest depiction I can come up with for how it feels to be an artist. Overwhelming energy pouring in from a mysterious source that connects us all, exploding into entirely new universes and tessellating geometries. 
 
Started this painting in early January 2023 for a show, and just barely finished it end of May 2023. While I could have lingered and kept painting it for months to come, adding ever more subtle details, fixing every "mistake" I made along the way, I decided that the imperfections were perfect in themselves. Or maybe perfect is an arbitrary point that can never truly be reached. Either way, its time for me to move on and explore other projects. 
 
This painting also has layers of neon paint nestled within and transforms into a new painting at night with a blacklight. I would love for this peice to find a home with someone who dares tap into the energy that it holds.
