“Daughter of the Sun” is a visual poem about communion and creation. It’s a meditation on the bond between earth and sky, light and gravity, self and source.
Made in collaboration with Alden Brownstone, this piece was a true artistic dialogue. It felt like we were reaching toward each other through the work itself, merging visions across color, texture and perspective. From the roots of the ground to the stars overhead, the scene unfolds like a dream, trees stretching impossibly high, rivers winding down from knuckle-like mountaintops, clouds folding in around celestial light. The world bends and breathes and invites you into that transformation.
“Daughter of the Sun” is not just something to look at. It’s something to feel with your whole being. It reminds us that we belong, to each other, to nature, and to something far bigger. The painting carries themes of evolution, of nurturing and protecting what’s sacred, of seeing the extraordinary in what surrounds us every day.
