As much as I believe my paintings represent trusting in the process, it still doesn't make it any easier or less scary to do.  Even though I trust that the universe will catch me and everything will be ok, days are still challenging at times.
 
Serendipity is the feeling you get when something comes together when you least expect it. The beauty of synchronicities happening around you. When you find your friends after losing them for hours in the middle of Yosemite on your post highschool roadtrip after almost giving up. When you lose your job and immediately get accepted to live paint at a life changing festival. When my parents decided to leave their whole lives behind in Peru off a celestial dream to give their kids more opportunities in a new home.
 
These are the moments that remind me that its going to be ok. To remember to trust that everything worked out this way for a reason, and that every moment was worth it.
